Most of our coffees are ideal for medium to dark roasts, which highlight their balanced flavor profile, with vibrant acidity and delightful sweet notes. This makes them perfect for both automatic espresso machines and filter coffee brewing methods.

At Amana Cafes, we care about sustainable sourcing and amazing quality.

We spend our days sourcing new coffees and for this season for our corporate partners, we’ve a selection of coffees from: Comayagua, Santa Barbara and Intibuca regions in Honduras.

All our coffees are exceptional coffee score. We source and make sure the coffee is single origin, this way we support farmers battle illegal trading and other buyers selling their coffee as from another region.

One of our partner farm, Finca La Botija, who's been consistently producing great specialty coffees and we’ve been very happy working with them, holding some of the best coffees in Honduras.
